Return guidelines

All sales are final on phitality.com; please choose carefully before purchasing.

Customers are encouraged to contact staff before purchasing if they are unsure of their selection, or anytime via the contact us page.

Product warranty

Theraphi Amplifier and Coil:

• Carries a 5-year warranty covering factory defects or faults (includes parts and labor).
• Does not cover misuse, modification, neglect, water damage, dropping, or other accidents. Contact staff for thorough troubleshooting if a claim is suspected.

Theraphi Tubes:

• Carries a 1-year warranty. Replacements necessary within the first year of ownership are covered (a photograph or video is required to confirm a replacement is necessary).

Quantaphi:

• Carries a 1-year warranty for manufacturer defects.
• Does not cover damage from improper setup, dropping, or other user error. Customers are advised to contact support before setup if uncertain.

Claim Process & Terms:

• Warranty claim items must undergo an in-house troubleshooting process upon arrival at the return department to determine if the item is defective and eligible.
• All postage costs are covered by the customer. Phitality decides whether to repair or replace on a case-by-case basis.
• Warranties are not transferable.
