Speakers are even optional. For users working with frequencies they don't necessarily want to hear, simply lower the volume while allowing the frequencies to modulate the plasma. Quantaphi in Action
In these videos, you can observe the coil antenna in motion and its interaction with the plasma tube. The antenna allows sound traveling through the coil to be heard quietly without external speakers.
For the best performance, however, the antennas are not intended for continuous use. Using them to hear audio grounds the coil and introduces noise, reducing some of the system's intended effects. For optimal operation, external speakers are recommended while the Quantaphi focuses on creating its intended field.
The antennas are included primarily for testing, experimentation, and demonstration purposes.

Quantaphi supports Bluetooth and USB inputs, allowing you to stream frequencies or music from virtually any device.
- Mobile: Turn on Bluetooth, select "Quantaphi" from your available devices, and connect. Once paired, any audio from your device can be transmitted through the Tesla coils and plasma.
- PC: Connect via USB, then go to Settings → Sound and select Quantaphi as your output device.
- Mac: Open System Settings → Sound, then choose Quantaphi under the Output tab.
- Linux: Open Settings → Sound, select Quantaphi from the Output menu, and use the Test option if desired. (Connection methods may vary depending on your Linux distribution.)
Quantaphi includes four outputs:
- Analog Left/Right (L/R)
- Coaxial
- Optical
- Balanced XLR Left/Right (L/R)
All outputs operate simultaneously, making it easy to integrate Quantaphi into existing home audio systems or build a dedicated setup. The optical output is reserved for connecting the coils and cannot be used as an audio output.
Quantaphi creates a field extending approximately 20 feet directionally from each tube. For larger spaces, such as meditation rooms or event venues, overlapping the field every 20 feet is recommended. It is equally effective for both large environments and localized use, similar to the Theraphi.
When the system is running, the Quantaphi frequencies visibly modulate the plasma inside the tubes - you'll see the light pulse and shift as the field cycles. Multiple coils can operate simultaneously, wirelessly powering several plasma tubes to fill a space with coherent energy and sound. The tubes can be safely positioned around the Tesla coils in any orientation, allowing you to customize the field.
The system works with virtually any sound therapy software or audio frequency generator and is designed to create a coherent energy field while providing your body with a more coherent signal to tune to. In darkened environments, the plasma tubes produce a striking purple, orange, and blue glow.
A single Quantaphi coil can support up to six plasma tubes and stands, depending on the available space around the coil.
With the appropriate additional components, Quantaphi can operate up to eight coils simultaneously, provided there is enough space to maintain proper separation between each coil.
Coils should be positioned at least six feet apart and powered on simultaneously using the included power strip.
If coils are placed too close together, one can receive wireless power from the other, potentially damaging internal components—even if only one coil is powered. If space is limited, Quantaphi can be operated with a single coil, or extension cables can be used to place coils in separate rooms.
Large metal objects such as refrigerators, breaker panels, freezers, filing cabinets, and similar items can distort the Quantaphi field. These objects do not need to be removed from the room, but the coils should not be placed directly beside them.
It's also recommended to avoid wearing large metal accessories, such as oversized belt buckles, heavy necklaces, or underwire bras, while inside the field.
Quantaphi is an experimental device and should always be handled with care.
- The coil generates electrical discharge that may cause shocks, even when it is not visibly arcing.
- Keep flammable materials away from the device, as electrical discharge can ignite them.
- Do not place metal objects near the sides of the coil, as this may cause arcing and damage.
- Never touch the coil body or base while the unit is powered on.
- Avoid positioning the coils near fabric or other combustible materials.
