Shipping Policy

We carefully pack and ship United States and international orders in-house from Liberty, Missouri. Canadian orders ship from our warehouse in Canada.

All orders for Phitality tech are insured and require a signature upon delivery.

From our United States facility, we strive to ship all orders the same or next business day. However, depending on promotions, inclement weather, or holidays, please allow 24–72 hours for shipping updates. During busy sales periods, processing may take up to two weeks. USPS Priority and UPS Ground shipping typically arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

For United States orders, you may choose expedited shipping (overnight). Expedited orders are prioritized and typically ship the same or next business day. Orders shipped on Friday are generally expected to arrive on Monday, depending on the carrier and transit conditions.

Monday delivery is not guaranteed. Once an order is in the hands of the courier, delivery is outside our control. Shipping refunds will not be provided for carrier delays. Exceptions may be made for unusually long transit times on a case-by-case basis.

You will receive email updates when your order is placed, shipped, and delivered. If you don't see these emails, please check your spam folder and whitelist support@phitality.com to ensure you receive future updates.

We recommend tracking your shipment so you can be available to sign for your package. We require a signature for all Phitality tech deliveries.

If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will leave instructions for package recovery. If the package is not collected within the courier's timeframe, it will be returned to us. Any costs associated with return shipping and redelivery are the customer's responsibility. Redelivery will not be arranged until those charges have been paid.

Returned Phitality shipments will be sent to the nearest UPS Store for customer pickup.

If you're concerned that the courier may not require a signature despite our request, we recommend shipping your order directly to your nearest UPS Store for pickup.

All domestic Theraphi orders ship via FedEx. All other Phitality products can be shipped via UPS or USPS, based on your selection at checkout.

Customs charges

Duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in the purchase price on www.phitality.com. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Phitality does not calculate or estimate duties or taxes before or after an order is placed and is not responsible for these charges.

If you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.

All international Theraphi orders ship via FedEx. International orders for other Phitality products can be shipped via DHL or UPS, depending on your selection during checkout.
