We carefully pack and ship United States and international orders in house from Liberty, Missouri. Canadian orders ship from our warehouse in Canada. All orders for Phitality tech are insured and require signature for delivery.

From our United States facility, we strive to ship all orders the same or next business day. However, depending on promotions, inclement weather or holidays, we ask that you allow 24-72 hours for shipping updates. During busy sales, it may take up to two weeks to process your order. Shipping using USPS Priority or UPS Ground usually arrives within 2-3 days for the continental U.S.

For United States orders, you may choose expedited shipping, which is the overnight option. Doing so will put your order to the front of the queue and we will get your order out same day or next business day. Expedited shipping delivers the following day, unless the order is shipped on a Friday - then it will arrive on Monday.

We cannot guarantee any transit times. Once the order is in the hands of the courier, we no longer have control over delivery. Refunds on shipping will not be given if the shipment does not deliver in the quoted time frame. Exceptions can be made for longer than normal transit times, and will be decided on a case by case basis.

You will receive an email with updates when the order is placed, shipped, and delivered. If you do not see the emails, please check your spam folder and whitelist our shipping email address, support@phitality.com. This will ensure that you will get updates from us. We recommend following your tracking so you can be prepared to sign for your package. We DO require a signature for ALL deliveries of Phitality tech. If you miss the delivery attempt, the courier will leave a note with recovery options. If the customer does not recover the package within the time frame given by the courier, the package will be returned to us. When redelivery is necessary, costs for shipment back to us and redelivery are borne by the customer. Redelivery will not be initiated until those costs are paid. Phitality will then ship it to the nearest UPS Store location for customer pickup.

If you are concerned that the courier will not require signature (despite our requirement that they do) we recommend having your item shipped to the nearest UPS Store to be picked up by you. 

All domestic Theraphi orders ship via FedEx. All other Phitality products can ship via UPS or USPS, at the customer discretion during checkout.

ADDITIONAL INTERNATIONAL ORDER POLICIES When placing an order to deliver anywhere outside the United States, you are also agreeing to the following terms.

Customs Charges -Duties and taxes (VAT) on the order are not included in the cost when the purchase is made on www.phitality.com. These charges will be payable by the customer upon receipt of the product. Phitality will not be liable for any of these charges, and Phitality will not reimburse the customer for the same. Duties and taxes (VAT) will not be calculated by Phitality for the customer prior to the order being placed, or afterward. If the customer refuses to pay these charges upon delivery, and the item gets returned to us, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, and will not be refunded for the original delivery charge. Return shipping charges will be deducted out of the cost of refunding the item when it is returned to us.

All International Theraphi orders ship via FedEx. International orders for our other products can ship via DHL or UPS, at the customer discretion during checkout.
