PRODUCT WARRANTY

Theraphi amplifier and coil carry a warranty period of 5 years. This covers factory defects or faults, and includes only parts and labor. This does not cover misuse, modification or neglect, water damage, dropping, or other accidents. If you suspect that there is a warranty claim that can be made, please contact us to conduct a thorough troubleshoot.

The Theraphi tubes carry a 1 year warranty. If a refill is necessary within the first year of ownership, that will be covered. A photograph or video is necessary for us to confirm that a refill is necessary, before we will agree to the refill.

The Quantaphi carries a 1 year warranty for manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover damage from improper setup, dropping, or other user error. Please be sure to reach out to us before setting up your Quantaphi if you are at all uncertain about how to do so.

Warranty claim items will need to go through a troubleshooting process in person by our return department once the item is received, in order to determine if the item is defective and eligible for a warranty claim. If a claim is to be made, all postage costs are to be covered by the customer. Theraphi will decide whether to repair or replace on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty is not transferrable.
