Are Phitality products safe?
Theraphi is a non invasive device and makes no physical contact with the user. It has been used safely by thousands of practitioners and home users alike for over ten years. However, the Theraphi is a high voltage plasma instrument and should be handled and utilized with respect. Theraphi has hot wires that lead from the coil to electrodes that connect to the glass tubes. These wires should never come in contact with the body, metal, or conductive material while in operation. Touching the wires while in operation can potentially lead to a mild shock.
The idea is that you want the coil, tubes, and lead wires suspended in the air and not touching the ground, while maintaining distance from metal if possible. The most ideal way to ensure that your Theraphi is setup safely is to purchase our Theraphi Bed.
The Quantaphi is very similar in that there are potentials for mild shock if set up incorrectly. Quantaphi is an experimental device that requires careful handling to ensure user safety and prevent damage. Please adhere to the following precautions:
Electrical Discharge: The coil generates electrical discharge, which is visible when using the included antenna. Howerver, discharge can occur even when not visible, potentially causing shocks. The discharge can also ignite flammable materials, posing a fire risk.
Avoid Metal Objects: Do not place metal objects near the sides of the coil. This can cause arcing, which may damage the coil and pose a risk of injury to the user.
Handle with Care: Do not touch the coil body or base while the device is powered on, as this can result in arcing or electrical shocks.
Avoid placing Quantaphi coils in close proximity to fabric or other flammable materials.

How long do the glass tubes last?
Our glass tubes are expertly crafted and handmade by a master glass smith to obtain the exact geometry and vortex motion that is unique to Phitality.
Each one is unique and has its own character. They will last approximately 2-5 years depending on the frequency of use.
A practitioner running their device multiple hours a day may get 2-3 years of hard use, where a family of 4 using it once or twice a day each may see a lifespan of 5+ years.
Additional bulbs may be purchased by preexisting Phitality Theraphi customers.
How do I get more/replacement glass tubes?
Existing Theraphi/Quantaphi customers can purchase replacement or extra glass tubes by emailing us at support@phitality.com. If you do not own a Theraphi or Quantaphi, we will not complete a glass tube transaction.
What is the maximum effective plasma tube distance?
We recommend not having the tubes more that 15 feet from each other for best results.
You may place them closer together to target specific areas of the body.
Generally we recommend laying between the tubes on a massage table with your head and feet facing the tubes and the coil underneath the table at least 2 inches off the ground. You may also configure your setup to sit in the field considering that your furniture (i.e. chairs and tables) should not have metal in it. Metal will detract from the strength of the plasma field.
Is there a warranty?
Our Theraphi warranty is 5 years on the entire system for manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover user damage, misuse, or improper setup consequences. Be sure to read your User Manual thoroughly before and during setup. If you take care of your system, you can expect many years of use out of your Theraphi.
The Quantaphi has a 1 year warranty for manufacturer defects.
Warranty does not cover the tubes, which have a separate warranty.
What is your lead time after I place my order?
Theraphi ships once payment is received.
Quantaphi systems may ship out the same day the order is received, if ordered early enough in the day. Otherwise your order will ship out the next business day.
We may have Theraphi Beds in stock. If we do, the order will ship within a week of the order being placed. If we are out of stock, your bed will be custom made, and will ship out once completed. This can take 4-6 weeks. Please note that all Theraphi Beds will be palletized and will ship via LTL freight.
All other accessories and small items sold on our site will be shipped same day, or next business day.
For all orders, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is completed and ready to ship.
